-Then move out for 8
-Touch’n’go back in for 8
-Touch’n’go out for 8
-Left for 16 (along the curve)
-Touch’n’go back right for 16 (along the curve)
-Back in for 8
-Halt for 4
-Move out for 8
-Touch’n’go back in for 8
-Touch’n’go out for 8
-Right for 16 (along the curve)
-Touch’n’go back Left for 16 (along the curve)
-Back in for 8
-Halt for 8
-Repeat till staff says halt
Usually for this exercise we start off at 90bpm and increase tempo by 2-5bpm every rep until we get up to 220bpm so yea that’s what this is about
Does your move 16 have a hipswitch/direction change?
No hipswitches just all touch’n’go’s from forward to back when it comes to moving along the curve

Ah. Our’s is a super small fraction harder with the hip switch. So its left (forward) 8, left (backward) 8 on our move 16. and reverse on the way back
Ohhhhhhh ok ok ok now I know what you’re talking about haha but yea sometimes they’d throw in a hipswitch but once the tempo got above 190 they’d take the switch out and it’d be just a straight 16 to touch’n’go back 16 haha
Ah ok! We added random body movement to ours for no reason. Just in the holds or like before and after the exercise starts..I’m not sure why. It’s not a permanent thing, but it was weird.
Sounds like fun haha well I mean for us it’s more about PT and endurance haha that’s why I said just looking at this pic makes your body hurt LOL
